Pet Story: 💔 Bruce Needs a New Beginning 💔

This is Bruce, a beautiful 4-year-old Great Dane whose life was turned upside down when his owner passed away.

Bruce belonged to an elderly couple, and his owner’s wife was his primary caretaker. She loved him deeply and made sure he was well trained and well cared for. After her passing, Bruce’s dad has tried his best — but caring for such a large dog alone has simply become too much for him.

So now, with heavy hearts, we are helping Bruce find a new family who can give him the life and care he deserves.

Bruce is truly a gentle giant. He is:

✔️ Fully house trained ✔️ Great on a leash ✔️ Good with dogs ✔️ Good with kids ✔️ Up to date on vaccines

He has clearly been loved and raised well. Bruce is affectionate, well behaved, and just wants to be close to his people.

Helmstead Holler Haven Animal Rescue will also cover the cost of his neuter.

Bruce has already lost the person he loved most. We’re hoping we can find him a new home where he will be cherished just as much.
