Pet Story: ✨ Meet Pebbles ✨

Pebbles’ story could have ended very differently.

She was being given away for free at Tractor Supply because her eye was “messed up.” Thankfully, a kind woman stepped in, took her to safety, and brought her to us at Helmstead Holler Haven Animal Rescue so we could make sure she found the loving home she deserves.

After a vet visit, we learned something important — Pebbles wasn’t injured or neglected. She was simply born this way. She was born without one eye, and while the other has a little vision impairment, she can still see and gets around just fine.

And honestly? Pebbles doesn’t seem to think she’s any different at all. 💛

She’s tiny — only about 2 pounds, and we expect she will stay relatively small. At 9 weeks old, she’s full of puppy curiosity, sweetness, and cuddles. She’s playful, affectionate, and already stealing hearts everywhere she goes.

Pebbles may look a little different, but that just makes her extra special. What she really needs now is a family who will see how perfect she truly is.
