Pet Story: Tess and her 11 babies were pulled from an overcrowded shelter when the puppies were barely two weeks old. They were covered in fleas and Mom was very underweight. Mom is a Pit mix as are her puppies. Tess is very friendly and a doting mom to her babies. She keeps them close but doesn't show any aggression if someone comes near. She is comfortable with other dogs and shows no reaction to cats. Like any mom of 11, she is playful and happy when she gets a little " her" time away from the kids!
