Pet Story: Arthur is the definition of an all-around catch. This 9-month-old, 40-lb neutered male Lab/Pit mix is up-to-date on vaccines, house trained, crate trained, and already mastering his basic manners thanks to being extremely food motivated. He will even be starting obedience training at the end of January! He loves all dogs and spends his weekdays at daycare with his foster siblings and friends. He’s an enthusiastic zoomer with an adorably awkward run, plays beautifully with toys, and is both kid- and cat-friendly. Arthur walks wonderfully on leash and genuinely enjoys his daily outings. He’s also learning to like car rides, a little Dramamine helps while he works through some motion sickness. Whether he’s hanging out with friends at “school,” making new buddies while running the trails at the WWC off-leash dog park, or curled up on the couch for snuggles, Arthur is always up for a good time. He’s happy adventuring with his people or just relaxing. Whoever adopts Arthur is getting a joyful, social, easygoing best friend, the kind of dog who makes every day lighter.
